Oliver Jäger began his career at bwg Himmelsberg GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Heidelberg Zement AG. As plant manager from 1994 to 1998, he was responsible for the development and market launch of several products (e.g. pre-cast concrete units) as well as the introduction of a quality management system. At the same time, he took on the overall commercial responsibility at Elster Kies GmbH & Co. KG as general manager from 1996 to 1998. At B.U.S. Berzelius Umwelt Service AG, he was responsible for aquisition projects in Europe and beyond and was also an active board member of various subsidiaries. In 2003, he was appointed chief executive officer of the B.U.S. Group. Since the beginning of 2009, Oliver Jäger has been general manager of both AHC Oberflächentechnik GmbH and General Material Technology GmbH, the parent company of AHC and part of the Dutch holding company Aalberts Industries N.V.

Before Dr. Sauer was promoted to general manager of AHC in 2010, he worked for four years as plant manager and was solely responsible for approximately 130 employees at four European production locations with a turnover of around €12 million. Within just two years, he effected a sales increase of 12% over all of the sites.
Before that, Dr. Hartmut Sauer made a name for himself as a successful entrepreneur. As founder and general manager of IMECOTEC GmbH, he focused on a novel metallization technique for high-performance plastics. In 2000, his work was awarded with the innovation prize from the Stiftung Industrieforschung foundation and he registered 11 international patents and registered designs. In 2001, his business idea received 3rd place in the national entrepreneurial competition sponsored by the Volkswagenstiftung foundation.

Profile:
Upon completing his degree in production engineering, Helmut Nolte worked for 12 years at various locations of a company in the packaging industry.
In 1990, he came to AHC and took over the plant management in Kerpen, the headquarters of AHC Oberflächentechnik. Seven years later in 1997, he was appointed general manager of AHC.
After AHC Oberflächentechnik was acquired by the Dutch concern Aalberts Industries in 2001, Helmut Nolte has been general manager of AIMT since 2003 (now General Material Technology GmbH) and at the same time general manager of AHC Oberflächentechnik GmbH. Not only that - he still fulfills his responsibilities as plant manager at the production site in Kerpen.
