AHC stands for the development, production and finishing of functional and highly resilient surface designs of materials made of different base materials, such as metal and plastic. 

In just five decades after Alu-Hart-Coat Friebe und Reininghaus oHG was founded in 1960, our company has developed into one of the leading specialists in Europe in the field of surface treatment. Since 2001, the AHC Group has been a part of the Dutch concern, Aalberts Industries N.V.

We have grown up with quality and innovation. We are a modern service company with more than 800 employees at 19 locations in Germany and bordering European countries, providing application-specific and minimum-cost coating solutions for our customers worldwide. 

We use our comprehensive range of patented and proprietory coating processes to meet the high quality requirements of the modern high-tech sectors, such as the automotive industry, the aerospace industry, the medical technology, as well as mechanical and electrical engineering. 

We license our patented coatings throughout the world. In addition, we cover the entire requirement of process chemicals around the world for processes utilizing chemical and electrochemical treatment of metals and plastics.
